One of the problems when you are building a product is that people keep telling you that your business idea is awesome, and then they never really use it (or pay you) once you launch.

Why is that happening? Because people lie! Not intentionally, of course. They want to be nice or they can't predict the future. But that's not their fault. It's our responsibility to ask good questions and find the truth ourselves.
