Helmcode Coffee BCN

Helmcode's after-work meetup for people building with open models.

Three 15-20 minute talks, followed by what matters most: time to talk. On 24 November from 17:30 at Itnig Café. Coffee, soft drinks and some snacks are on us.

The talks are the excuse, but the conversations that emerge are what we're looking for with this event. We want healthy debate and to share real-world experiences: your perspective on AI development, the industry, open models and how you're implementing them in your companies.

The talks will be short and serve to open up the discussion.

How the afternoon is organised

• 17:30. Doors open. Come in, grab a drink and start meeting people. The Helmcode team will already be there. This is the quieter moment if you'd like to chat with us.

• 18:00. Brief welcome.

• 18:15 to 19:45. Three 15-20 minute talks + questions.

• 19:40 to 21:00. After-work meetup: conversation, ideas and whatever comes up.

The Helmcode team will be there all afternoon. If you have questions about inference, open models, migrating from other providers or costs, find us at the after-work meetup and let's talk.

Want to give one of the talks?

One of the three slots is open to the community. If you've built something with open models and have a story to tell, propose your topic when you register. A short, informal format: 15 minutes, a screen if you need one and zero pressure.

Before you come

• Places are limited. If you can't make it after all, cancel your registration so someone on the waiting list can attend.

• The event is in Spanish. If you're coming from abroad, we can manage in English without any problem.

• No laptop needed. This is about talking.

• At the end, we'll set up an optional group for anyone who wants to stay in touch.

• Anyone who isn't part of the nan.builders community will receive an exclusive invitation the following day.

There will be a photographer taking photos and video throughout the afternoon. By attending, you agree to appear in this material, which we may use on our channels.

See you at Itnig, Barcelona.
