18:00: Welcome
Grab a beer, a snack, and a seat until everybody arrives!

18:30: Intro by Host Neciu Dan

18:45: AI at scale! How Enginy is using AI internally and externally by Jaume Puig, CTO of Enginy

Jaume Puig, CTO and co-founder of Enginy, shares how a Barcelona startup ships LLM-powered agents to customers while running on AI internally at the same time. Expect real architecture decisions, honest trade-offs, what stuck and what they dropped, plus lessons you can take back to your own team.

19:15 From WhatsApp message to live app: AI agents on a Raspberry Pi and bare metal by Les Echem, AI Engineer

Les Echem shows the AI agents he runs entirely through WhatsApp, starting with Nando, the assistant that helped the crew at the Claude Community House. He'll talk to Nando live and recreate the Nando Live app from the house lobby, then walk through the architecture. That covers the open-source WhatsApp bridge, how agents brief and review each other, and one-container-per-app deployment on a bare-metal server in Poblenou, plus the guardrails that keep an always-on agent safe to talk to.

Bring your laptop and phone. You can build your own app while he's still presenting, and take it into the hackathon

Les Echem is a full-stack engineer, designer, and AI orchestrator working between NYC and Barcelona. He has 15 years across engineering and design, has done Fortune 100 work in production, and shipped 30 apps in 2026 alone. He builds hfs2s, a private workspace where AI agents turn real workflows into tested, shareable apps. His practice is "anti-vibe code, pro-agentic engineering": scoped work, guardrails in code, observability by default, and always a human owner. His photography has appeared in Vogue, Architectural Digest, and Bon Appétit.
