Born in 2016 with 3 founders from Barcelona, Factorial now has just over 130 employees with international talent. We ended 2019 having multiplied our revenue by 8 and after strange 2020 we are still growing and expanding in 9 countries worldwide. To help us grow our international footprint, we are looking for the best talent in the UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, and Spain. We are looking for hungry, entrepreneurial, go-getters keen to do whatever it takes to launch and scale their market. We don't mind if you have lots of little experience, but eagerness to learn and grow is essential.

The challenge:

You will be part of an international sales team of 30+ people from 11 countries. By the end of this year. You will be a pioneer in your own market, helping us do whatever it takes to achieve the ambitious goals we have for 2021.

Requirements

You are a good fit if you:

• Have strong communication skills in written and spoken Italian
• Are passionate about sales or passionate about learning about sales
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Can create trust in a positive, energetic, and creative way
• Passionate about technology
• Are ready to work with a no-excuses attitude
• Actively think outside the box to overcome difficult situations and learn from them
• Understand the importance of empathizing with people to offer them value
• You understand and take ownership of the importance of your role. You will not be just another employee, your efforts and ideas will have a direct impact on Factorial’s success.

Essential requirements

• You are a native Italian speaker
• Fluent English

Desirable

• +1 year doing Business development

Bonus Points

• Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel
