Factorial is an open, modern, easy-to-use HR platform born to dramatically simplify employee management. It helps HR and management automate processes and gather relevant organizational data so as to make better business decisions.

We ended 2019 having multiplied our revenue by 10 and after the strange 2020 we are still growing and expanding in 9 countries worldwide. We are looking for hungry, entrepreneurial, go-getters keen to do whatever it takes to launch and scale the Italian market. We don't mind if you have lots of little experience, but eagerness to learn and grow is essential.

We are looking for brave and driven people who can call big companies with determination, jump every hurdle, and reach decision-makers to convince that most of their organizational problems can be solved in a much more efficient way through cloud software that is fun to use.

We look for ambitious people who want to start a career in sales. We look for people who can work in the Italian market, but also in other international markets.

The challenge

You will be part of an international sales team of +200 people from +20 countries. You will be a pioneer in your own market, helping us do whatever it takes to achieve the ambitious goals we have for 2021.

Who are we looking for?

  • Native level of Italian
  • Fluent English
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive and driven by achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different situations and able to communicate on different levels, a creative concept of sales.
  • You understand and take ownership of the importance of your role. You will not be just another employee, your efforts and ideas will have a direct impact on Factorial’s success.


What will you learn?

  • Generate new leads and potential clients via outbound calls (Cold-Calling).
  • Manage communication with prospective B2B clients.
