About the role

We are looking for a Customer Operations intern to join our Customer Experience team. Currently the team is made up of 20 people of different nationalities. We look for people who want to help our company’s support team to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to our customers.

We take great care in dealing with both external and internal clients. The role will be focused especially on the internal client and will have a very strategic position with many opportunities for growth. If you are looking for a challenge, join our Family!


Requirements

We are looking for:

  • Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Data Tables
  • Tech-savvy, this person should get easily familiar with software systems and be able to detect potential incidences
  • Fast learning to develop ownership, one of our most important values
  • Assertive communication and problem-solving
  • Analytical skills to improve processes
  • Autonomy and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure, since we are a startup and we need you to have sense of urgency.
  • Native level of Spanish or English
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is a BIG PLUS!
