Most importantly, it has built a super talented team of over +170 people in its headquarters in the sunny Barcelona.

Factorial closed the year 2019 multiplying revenues by 10. It now intends to keep the rhythm and scale the organization and its highly performant go to market team. The marketing team is currently divided in geographical areas, being Spain still the one with highest contribution to the recurring revenue.

The goal this year is to step up our brand awareness and lead generation by establishing a dominant brand in our target markets using mainly organic and content based growth strategies.


Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Engagement Executive who contacts existing customers to solve all their new needs and detect new business opportunities. We are looking for people who can work in the Spanish market, but if the person speaks other languages, he/she can also helps international markets. Our Customer Engagement Executive will have the great responsibility of renovating and offering our clients the new functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
  • Be in charge of managing customer renewals
  • Be informed of the new features and the software roadmap in order to advise the client
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers
  • Be in constant contact with Account Managers to be aware of new business opportunities

  • Speak native Spanish and advance English
