The challenge

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will manage the existing partners and focus on solving all their needs while detecting new business opportunities in the Spanish Market.

You will be responsible for engaging with our Partners (Bookkeepers, HR Consultancies, Digital Transformation Companies...), driving presentations and demos, convincing and enabling our partner champions to spread the word about Factorial HR, and managing ongoing programs.

You are a good fit if you:

- Are passionate about sales and HRTech
- Strong execution of hands-on day-to-day work (web meetings, calls, emails, follow-up, social media) to grow partnerships and develop strong partner momentum

- Deliver against key performance metrics measured by pipeline creation and customer introductions from our Partners

- You enjoy working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Understand the importance of empathising with people to offer them value


Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales and/or marketing and/or partnership experience
  • Spanish Native and fluent in English ( Catalan is a plus )
  • Effective communicator with partners, customers, and teammates
  • Social media savvy
  • Familiar with marketing automation systems, CRM systems, CMS systems, and other related web technologies
  • Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a partner sales engine
