We are currently hiring Customer Care Representatives to join a Sales Support & Customer Service B2B department in Camaloon! We are building a department from scratch so you will be one of the first people joining and having a crucial role in building something new!!

The mission of our Customer Care team will be to provide excellent support to our customers whenever they need us.

  • You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written in Spanish, Italian or French. Professional English is mandatory.
  • You have at least some previous experience in a customer-facing role, handling direct communications via chat, phone, and email.
  • You have strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalized experience.
  • Empathy is one of your strongest skills, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and actively handle their requests.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills, you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions.
  • You Provide customers with any extra advice requested, always looking to go the extra mile!


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer B2B direct sales inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers Direct sales through various channels ( Tel, mails, Chat )
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues ( salesmen and TL ) as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Making quotations ( ad hoc products and packaging products)
  • Stock availability
  • Organize and respond to all requests from the Sales department (Advance delivery date in orders, tracking priority orders, out-of-stock product changes, etc.).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
