Talent Development Lead

At Factorial we are looking for a Talent Development Lead to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the performance review process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers.
• Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs that support the growth and development of our employees across all levels of the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and team leads in performance management strategies and employee development plans.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and employee recognition programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze talent development metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers on talent development, career planning, and performance management matters.

Your Profile:

• Relevant experience (i.e. talent development, talent management, compensation); preferably in a fast-growing in global tech companies or professional services.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to assess and prioritize fast-growing business needs.
• People-oriented and results-driven expert with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Strong project management, able to create clear timelines, milestones and deadlines to work towards.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
