Campaign Operations Manager

Hello! 

At Factorial we're looking for a rock star (Senior) Campaign Operations Manager to help us take our company and marketing team to the next level and join our Global Operations team


The Role

What will you be doing:


Strategic Project Management

  • Create and manage a centralized campaign calendar that consolidates campaigns across Inbound, Outbound, and Partner teams, ensuring no TAM overlap and maximum impact.
  • Define clear goals, milestones, and KPIs for all campaigns, setting a unified framework for measuring success and enabling consistent tracking.
  • Lead regular alignment meetings with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to communicate campaign updates, gather insights, and make data-informed adjustments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure strategic alignment and shared campaign goals.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring all departments understand and contribute to integrated campaign efforts.
  • Provide high-level documentation and campaign performance reports, tailored to diverse audiences, from operational teams to executive stakeholders.

Process & Efficiency Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining campaign operations, using best practices in project management to improve speed and accuracy across teams.
  • Standardize campaign reporting and goal-setting practices to ensure transparency and enable consistent tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee creative and analytical documentation practices that capture campaign insights, performance, and areas for improvement.


Your Profile 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise-level campaign operations or project management within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with campaign management tools, CRMs (preferably Hubspot, and reporting platforms.
  • Good understanding of the B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
  • English C1
