SEO Specialist - Italian Market

The Role 📜

• Work collaboratively with different teams and external organizations such as sales, design, PR, and product to create compelling ideas for content
• Manage a team of freelance writers whilst providing constructive feedback and editing their copy

Your Profile 🧐

• Native-level Italian speaker
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO-focused project management, ideally in an e-commerce platform or at a digital services agency
• Define and execute our SEO content marketing strategy:

Develop SEO (keyword, on-page, off-page, etc.) strategies to improve search rankings, boosting organic traffic and revenue.

Work with a motivated team of SEO copywriters (both in-house and freelance) to develop the most efficient SEO and content strategy for the market, constantly monitoring SEO issues and opportunities.

Oversee technical SEO best practices such as SEO audits, keyword research, WPO audits, and other web configurations for the Italian market. Manage (defining strategy, monitoring and reporting...) link-building campaigns. Advanced user in GA, GSC, GTM and knowledge enough to report HTML, CSS, rich snippets, Javascript issues. And experienced using other SEO tools; Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic SEO etc.)

Identify SEO opportunities through ongoing research and analysis of the Factorial website, competitors, content gaps, etc. prioritizing content/pages that need to be updated and coordinating an effective link building strategies.

• Own and optimize our blogs based on SEO technical requirements.
• Strong acknowledgment of SEO key concepts (Keywords Analysis, Content clustering, Partnerships, Link building expertise)Superior copywriting skills (User oriented and SEO optimized content) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Continually evaluate and refine online SEO processes, metrics, and tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and have demonstrate attention to detail.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to switch projects based on prioritization of assignments.
• Have a passion for marketing, writing and the ability to turn technical concepts into captivating stories and blog articles.
