The Role:

The Senior Accountant and billing specialist will be involved in all the accounting and billing processes of our subsidiary in Brazil. We are looking for a professional who is not only experienced but also passionate about accounting and billing, with high attention to detail, very organised and used to work within tight deadlines. As an excellent fit, you should feel confortable in a very dynamic and fast-patched environment, in which Finance function is being professionalised while processes and tools are being improved. Hence, we expect the candidate not only to embrace changes, but to be part of them, proactively identifying and suggesting ways to improve day-to-day activities around accounting and reporting.

The candidate's mains tasks will be:

• Account for transactions in our ERP.
• Prepare local taxes and company reports
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare payment files according to the corporate standards
• Update receivables by checking deposits on company's bank accounts, identifying deposits and record them on the system so as to update the customer's account.
• Contact customers in case of lack of payment and try to recover the due amount asap.
• Attend calls of customers wanting to update their subscription and review their financial situation with the company.
• Suspension of debtors' accounts
• Make sure the billing process is accurate and tax compliant

Your profile:

• 3+ years experience in a multinational environment
• Ambitious, proactive and solution oriented
• Fluent in english
• Based in São Paulo (onsite).
