The Role
We are looking for a Full Cycle Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of making new customer, onboard them, and create long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
