Self-Service Manager (CX Team)

The Role 

We are looking for a Self-Service Manager (Europe) to join our CX team. You will report directly to the Head of CX and will work hand in hand with the other Managers to execute overall an Sales full cycle, upselling and also retention, satisfaction for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business.

What will you be doing:

  • Help create the new Sales - Self-Service segment together with the Growth team;
  • Help to achieve the goals of upselling and retention plans;
  • Build and develop the teams in different markets;
  • Keep track of your team's KPIs;
  • Transform the feedback from our customers into proposals for our product team;
  • Constantly analyse data in order to improve or change internal processes;
  • Develop and keep your team motivated

Your Profile 

  • 2+ years of experience in a management role
  • Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics
  • Ability to work in an international team set up
  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities
