The Role 📜

We are looking for a Junior Country Product Expert to lead the Onboarding Process, owning the customer journey of our biggest clients and customizing the platform to their needs.

You will be part of a team that orchestrates the services that we offer to our clients, and manage the knowledge of the market of expertise to make the necessary evolution and guarantee the best experience for them! Also, you are going to be responsible for improving our services for all sizes of companies and maximizing our revenues in the Italian Market.

• Coordinate the services we offer to our biggest clients (focusing mainly on onboarding).
• Improve the way we understand our client's problems and needs and gather their feedback.

Your Profile 🧐

• Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates.
• Problem-solving mindset: the ability to challenge your daily work to improve it.
• Good sense of analysis: you need to be able to take a step back and have a critical mindset to improve processes.
• Native in Italian and professional use of English (international company)
• Previous experience as an Implementation owner or experience in Client Success in a SaaS company is a plus.
• Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
