The Role 📜
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries, and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of onboarding new customer, creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
