About The Job

Kubbo is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and practicalexperience
to join our tech team. The Kubbo Tech team is responsible for buildingtheKubbocoreplatform
which is connected to a number of externalecommerces,carriersandWareHouseManagement
System. Ecommerces is the source of our orders, warehouses are the heart of our Inventory
management and Carriers are vehicles to ensure fulfillment.
In this role, an individual needs to possess a passion for solving challengingproblemsthatcan
lead to high-impact advances in technology. Intellectualcuriosity,problemsolvingandopenness
is key to our success. Kubbo brings together people with a wide variety of backgrounds,

  • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services — frominceptionanddesign
    through to deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Ensure proper test code and clear documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Support services before they go live through activities such as system design
    consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and
    launch reviews.
  • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability,
    latency, and overall system health.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ Professional software development experience inJava.

Preferred qualifications

  • Spring Boot knowledge. Extra point for knowing Hexagonal architecture.
  • Experience in Microservice (distributed system) design.
  • Writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology (SCRUM) and tools.
  • Basic knowledge about algorithms and data structures.
  • Knowledge about Warehouse Management Systems or basic ecommerce.
  • Excellent English skills is a plus
