The Role 📜

Create and Optimize High-Impact Content

• Develop and produce high-quality content across web, blog, gated content (ebooks, reports, case studies), and video, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
• Support in defining and enhancing product messaging to effectively communicate our unique value proposition to B2B audiences.
• Leverage storytelling and copywriting techniques to create engaging and conversion-driven content.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure content supports GTM strategies and product launches.
• Collaborate with agencies, clients, and subject matter experts to bring innovative content ideas to life.

Content Distribution & Promotion

• Assist in executing content distribution strategies, leveraging both organic and paid channels to maximize reach and lead generation.
• Support content syndication initiatives to expand audience reach through partnerships with external databases.

Analyze and Improve Content Performance

• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of content campaigns using key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Use insights from customer feedback, market trends, and analytics tools to optimize content strategy.

Your Profile ✨

• Proficiency in Spanish (C2) is a must, fluency in English is nice to have but not essential.
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills, with experience producing content such as reports, ebooks, or blog posts.
• Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, and performance metrics to measure content success.
• Creative and data-driven mindset, with the ability to balance innovation and strategic goals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
