At Factorial we're looking for a new Payroll Consultant for the Spanish Market to make sure our clients have the best onboarding experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our payroll software, gathering their feedback ensuring that they use the platform to its fullest. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

What will you be doing

• Onboard our clients to our payroll product by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
• Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
• Understand our client's problems and needs and gather their feedback.
• Work with the product team to improve our payroll product. You'll have a direct impact on the solution we create!
• Share improvement points that can help us create the best client journey.
  

Your Profile 🧐

• Knowledge of payroll or HR processes.
• Proactivity: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial
• Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates
• Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
• Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
• A proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English. We are international!
• Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner or experience in Client Success is a plus.
