On this itnig friday we will discuss about the latest legislative changes introduced by the Law 14/2013, whose objective is to support entrepreneurs. Among other things, the Law 14/2013 has introduced the controversial “tarifa plana” (flat rate) for freelancers, with the idea of promoting employment and entrepreneurship.
We have 2 special guests this time, from Esfera Legal Abogados: Jorge Noguerol, partner and lawyer specialized in civil and commercial law, and Laura Baye, lawer specialized in labor law.
