Legal Wednesdays are back in 2014!
The second edition of this legal event organized by Delvy Asesores will be on January 22 and we count on a very special guest: Jaume Gomà, CEO at Ulabox.
Ulabox is one of the online reference supermarkets in Spain and Jaume will talk about how was at the very beginning: the relevant legal issues that arose in its founding and development, and the day-to-day difficulties that appear as the company evolves.
The Legal Wednesday, an event launched in December 2013 with the interview to Bernat Farrero, CEO at Camaloon, is designed to be a forum for the exchange of ideas, views and experiences with leading makers of some of the best-known startups of Barcelona. One Wednesday a month, we meet up to interview them publicly about their business experience, paying special attention to the legal issues that can come up when deciding to create a company.
