Our Product Management meetups are back and this time we welcome Pol Narbona, Product Owner at Typeform, talking about his preferred work methodology: Dual Track Agile.
As a Product Manager this methodology allows him to work with two roadmaps at the same time, on one hand having a clear view of what needs to be built next and on the other hand on what needs to be delivered. In this way he combines the two mindsets of discovery and delivery and makes sure that what gets to delivery is really what his users value the most.
