Customer Marketing Specialist German Market

We are looking for an all-around, hands-on marketing specialist to join the Customer Marketing team and rock campaigns to boost customer retention and expansion in the German Market. We are looking for a mid-senior profile with preferably with experience in the B2B SaaS realm.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

  • Impact the customer product expansion results for the German Market with the creation of qualified upsell opportunities and the improvement of conversion to won.
  • Strengthen our clients' sense of belonging to Factorial in a market where our brand is not so well recognized and where there are other strong local players.
  • Effectively communicate our clients' stories through success stories in various formats or creative collaborations.
  • Plan and organize customer marketing campaigns for the German market. You will both adapt global strategies and come up with market-specific proposals to boost results taking into account the local scenario and product fit. This implies an excellent coordination of tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Research and collect customer data, including interviews, to have a better understanding of our target audience in the German Market.
  • Maintain excellent communication with other market-based teams —Account Managers, Product Marketing or Demand Generation, among others— to research valuable information and give visibility to the team's projects.
  • Actively participate in proposing opportunities for the team and constructing our roadmap.


You’re a great fit if you…

  • Are an all-round marketing specialist who is opened to lead all sort of initiatives and channels —webinars, email marketing, brand campaigns, events…
  • Pro at defining email marketing strategies and creating the necessary content in email marketing tools —knowing your way around HubSpot is a big plus!
  • Are a planning mastermind and can independently plan campaigns end-to-end, defining KPIs and measuring results.
  • Are happy to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy the day-to-day responsibilities and don’t mind getting your hands dirty with smaller tasks in order to make things happen.
  • Are enthusiastic about coming up with new ideas and can participate in actions with which we achieve a “woah” effect with our customers.
  • You are good at teamwork, are assertive and you don't hesitate to speak up your mind — cross-team collaboration is not always easy, but you are ready to make it work!
  • Are a great communicator, mastering content in different formats without losing sight of conversion goals.
  • Are a bit of a geek. You know, we are a software company, so technology is our thing! Proven experience with emailing, analytics or CRM tools among others is expected.
  • Are Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)!

What is Customer Marketing at Factorial

The Customer Marketing team at Factorial drives campaigns to build lasting, profitable customer relationships and maintains a consistent brand identity across all communications. Their focus areas include product expansion by promoting relevant new products, enhancing product usage with helpful resources, and community-building to foster loyalty.

Collaborating with Customer Experience and Product teams, Customer Marketing identifies and leverages opportunities to enhance the customer journey and amplify impact across departments.

The team is led by Paula del Arroyo, former member of the demand generation team at Factorial who is looking for talent to build a Customer Marketing dream-team, where you will also work with María Arias (versatile and always ready to learn); Camila Da Cunha (our product news guru and Notion master); and Michela Zancarli (pushing for the most creative initiatives of the team).
