Partnership Account Manager French Market

At Factorial we're looking for a new Partnerships Account Manager for the French Market to help us boost the company to the next level. The partners team is ready to grow so there are huge opportunities to define processes and take part in the strategy of the unit!

In this client-facing role, you will manage partner relationships, provide technical training, and drive product adoption across partner client portfolios. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a knack for addressing technical inquiries, and the ability to identify upselling opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.


The Role:

Partner Support & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical issue resolution, and effective product usage.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and personalized support.
  • Proactively address partner needs to empower them in delivering exceptional value to their clients.

Revenue Growth

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to align solutions with client goals and business needs.
  • Monitor and report growth metrics to ensure success within the partner ecosystem.

Technical Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver impactful technical training sessions, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to maximize product adoption.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Share partner feedback with internal teams to improve products, processes, and overall experience.
  • Align the solution with the specific requirements of the French market by working closely with the product team.


Your Profile

  • Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.
  • Have 1/2 years experience in Sales/ B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • French expert speaker and fluent in English.


Bonus Points

  • 1-2 years of experience in partner management, customer support, technical training, or a similar role. Experience in SaaS, HR software, or payroll solutions is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex software features clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a focus on customer success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools, portfolio management, and reporting.
