As the Account Management - Retention specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main focus will be on understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and proactively providing solutions that enhance their experience with our services. You will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients and driving retention initiatives.


  • Engage with clients: Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data: Utilize analytics tools to track customer engagement metrics and identify trends that may impact retention.
