Customer Experience

At Factorial we are looking for a  Customer Experience in our Barcelona office. This role is for you if you are a systems thinker who would like to get into Sales Operations. This is not a commercial role, it's internal facing only.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with urgent and important fixes and improvements in our various systems. This position requires strong interest in sales technology and a detective-like curiosity and strong willingness to find solutions to simple and complex systems problems.


The role 

  • Manage daily requests from Sales teams and find fast and effective solutions
  • Suggest process and systems improvements based on your observations
  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on systems, processes, and best practices


Your Profile 

  • You have experience working with Sales systems in the B2B SaaS context (Experience with Hubspot is a massive advantage)
  • You are curious about technology and systems in general
  • You are a problem solver and you are not abandoning until you found a sustainable solution
  • You are fast, sometimes done is better than perfect
  • You are fluent in English (all our communications are in English)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
