The Role
We are looking for a Head of Account Management to join our CX team. You will report directly to the Global director of AM of the team and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute overall an upselling and also retentionsatisfaction, and activation plan for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business.
What will you be doing:

  • Help to achieve the goals of NDR.
  • Hiring to make the team grow
  • Take care that the KPIs of your team are achieved
  • Get the feedback of our customers into proposals for our product team
  • Be constantly analyzing data in order to improve or change internal processes
  • Take care of the team and keep people motivated


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role
  • Salesupselling, or cross-selling experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics
  • Ability to work in an international team set up
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Help to achieve the goals of NDR.
