About Factorial
Factorial is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, helping businesses optimize their HR, Finance, and Operations processes. To accelerate our growth in the French market, we are looking for a Strategic Content Manager who can align our content strategy with business goals and our Growth Marketing approach.
Your Role
As Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the content strategy in France and managing a team of 3 content specialists. Your role will be to structure, optimize, and drive content production to attract, convert, and engage key audiences (HR, Finance, Operations). You will also bridge Content & Product Marketing, ensuring our value proposition is clearly articulated and differentiated in the market. You will report to Clara Valls.
Your Responsibilities
πΉ Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the content strategy for France, aligned with our global strategy and lead generation goals.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 content specialists (SEO, ebooks, webinars, nurturing & paid content).
- Collaborate with the global team and other marketing departments (Growth, PR, Brand, Events) to maximize content impact.

Ensure all content actions are trackable in our CRM and optimized based on performance data.
πΉ Product Marketing & Positioning

Develop and refine our value proposition based on the French marketβs needs.

Transform customer insights into clear and compelling messaging across our content (ebooks, product pages, blog, webinars, sales collaterals).
- Work closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure content supports commercial objectives and addresses ICP pain points.

Play a key role in defining Factorialβs competitive positioning in France.
πΉ Performance & Growth Marketing

Integrate a Growth mindset into content strategy, ensuring all actions contribute to lead acquisition and conversion.
- Analyze content performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize based on data insights.

Ensure content is structured to drive measurable impact on key marketing KPIs (Lead Generation, Lead2Demo, T2L, CRM attribution).
πΉ Content Management & Optimization

Oversee the creation of all content for the French market: blog articles, ebooks, webinars, conferences, landing pages, newsletters, paid campaigns.
- Optimize SEO content with our SEO Content Specialist to maximize qualified traffic.

Design nurturing & email strategies to improve conversion and lead reactivation.
- Maintain a clear and impactful editorial tone adapted to different audiences and distribution channels.
Your Profile

Experience in SaaS Content Marketing (ideally in HR, Finance, or Operations).

Strong Product Marketing skills: positioning, messaging, articulating product value.

Strategic vision & data-driven approach: You donβt create content for the sake of it, but to drive business impact.

Leadership & management: Experience managing teams and executing high-impact content strategies.

Excellent writing & storytelling skills, with a strong focus on conversion & engagement.

CRM & analytics proficiency (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
