At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the UK & US Markets, within our ROW (Rest of the World) team, to help us boost the company to the next level. The partners team is just getting started so there are huge opportunities to define processes, grow and take part strengthening this strategic business unit!

As an SDR at Factorial, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales process. You’ll be at the frontline of identifying and qualifying opportunities, whether generated by you, by partners, or through marketing initiatives.


The role

  • Master the Essentials: Dive deep into understanding our clients, Factorial’s messaging, and our awesome products—become an expert!
  • Be Active: Execute multi-touch and multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling (40-50 calls/day)) to connect with prospects.
  • Handle responsibilities: Create your own strategy together with the team and set your priorities. Know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity.
  • Learn the Tools of the Trade: Get hands-on with the best tools for success-profiling tools, sales automation platforms, CRM, scripts, and sequencing frameworks.
  • Own Your Goals: Crush your monthly targets (or go beyond!)—your ambition is the limit.
  • Build Connections: Forge strong bonds with your team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Partners, Outbound Lead Generation, Account Executives, Sales RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Understand the international Markets: Stay curious! You will collaborate in multiple markets. Take every chance to learn about the market, the HR industry, and our business.
  • Be Bold & Creative: Execute engaging, multi-touch campaigns across channels like email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and cold calling. Your creativity will make an impact!


Your Profile:

  • You are expert in English, mastering the art of communication.
  • Previous Sales Experience (Customer Satisfaction, Project Management, and similar experiences are highly valued).
  • Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect.
  • Must be detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
  • Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution! (we have a culture of change!)
  • Eager to learn and curious by nature. Persistent, accountable, and motivated by challenges. Team player, self-starter, and open-minded. Ambitious to grow and thrive within an exciting, fast-growing team.

Structured Career Paths & Salary; From 28.000 to 32.000 OTEs (80% fix + 20% uncapped variables).
