We are looking for a senior, dynamic and results-oriented Director of Account Management - Europe & RoW to lead and scale our strategy for our European markets. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion within these key geographies, which represents 35% of our company’s customer value .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts, fostering engagement among clients, and implementing scalable communication flows. This role will be responsible for leading and scaling the account management team, ensuring high customer retention and driving upsell opportunities. You will also act as a key liaison between customers and our Product team, ensuring market-specific needs and gaps are communicated effectively and addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale the European Accounts team, ensuring high performance and customer engagement.
- Recruit and onboard new team members, driving excellence in hiring and talent development.

Own the business strategy for your geographies, ensuring revenue growth and retention while leveraging automation and scalable processes.

Develop and execute data-driven account management strategies, ensuring optimised customer engagement, upselling, and renewals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support amongst others) to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless communication flows and processes.

Monitor KPIs and continuously optimise team performance, leveraging automation and process improvements.
Requirements:

Proven experience in senior account management leadership, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based business.

Strong commercial skills, with a focus on retention, expansion, and upselling.
- Experience in leading and scaling teams.

Ability to work closely with Product teams, effectively communicating market-specific needs and gaps.

Data-driven mindset, with a structured approach to decision-making and strategy execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a global or multi-regional SaaS company is a plus.
