We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing efforts in the French market.
You will own the entire growth engine — from strategy to execution — with a strong focus on lead generation across paid and organic channels. Leading a team of 6–7 marketers, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
What will you be doing:
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for France, aligned with growth and revenue targets.
- Oversee the country marketing budget and P&L, making decisions that directly impact revenue growth.
- Lead all acquisition efforts and scale them with efficiency and ROI discipline.
- Manage and grow the French marketing team and oversee key external suppliers: PR agency, freelancers, content partners, etc.
- Identify and act on new growth opportunities beyond current channels and/or product lines.
- Drive our SEO and content strategy, ensuring a complementary role alongside paid efforts.
- Promote content across social and other digital channels to boost traffic and lead volume.
- Set clear KPIs and coaching rhythms to ensure your team evolves on both hard and soft skills.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops to hit market-level goals.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in French and English.
- 3+ years in a Marketing Director or equivalent leadership role in a fast-growing company.
- Proven expertise in paid digital acquisition and performance marketing.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Track record of overachievement on KPIs and growing responsibility over time.
- Deep knowledge of demand generation, SEO & content, CRM, and full-funnel customer journey.
- Analytical and data-driven. You can confidently measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
