The challenge
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Be responsible for retaining business in a portfolio of accounts, contacting clients to understand their requirements and main needs.
- Work on a sales and value generation strategy for identified upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction and promote new products.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships (including CxO) within managed accounts.
- Provide post-sales support to retain clients.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Work closely with different teams – especially sales, product, and development – as their main point of contact, so the feedback you provide will be highly valuable.
- Hold regular meetings via video calls with your clients to generate engagement and show them product updates relevant to their use cases.
- Analyze the feedback provided by clients and communicate it to the assigned team.
- Make firm decisions based on the needs of your portfolio while carefully managing the market budget.
- Conduct data analysis to report the health of your portfolio to the Account Management team and stakeholders.
- Special projects are more than welcome. Innovating and fixing internal processes is the cherry on top.
- Explore and understand your market to anticipate potential needs or issues.
Requirements
- Advanced English (C1 – a must, as all communication will be in English).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a B2B Account Executive in SaaS or tech companies.
- Understanding how the U.S. market and clients work is a must.
- You have retention and persuasion skills with clients who may be considering leaving the business.
- You have a digital mindset: you enjoy and easily adapt to new tech tools.
- You are a good communicator and quickly empathize with people and other areas.
- You are proactive and enjoy proposing new ideas to the team and processes that benefit the company.
- You excel at understanding client needs and monetizing the impact this will have on your portfolio.
- You should know that teamwork is essential to us, so cooperation and communication are a must. We win as a team.
