At Factorial we are looking for a CS Operations Generalists. You will be part of a diverse Operations Team and will be supporting the Customer Success team of 250+ people from 20+ countries.
The role
A crucial role in supporting our costumer success team by implementing and optimizing cx processes, analyzing data to drive strategic decisions, and ensuring smooth operations across the cx function.
- Collaborate with the cx leadership team to develop and implement cx strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Maintain and optimize CRM (Hubspot) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on clients, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Generate and analyze cx reports and metrics to identify trends, forecast cx, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Support cx forecasting and pipeline management activities to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to drive alignment and coordination of cx initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline cx operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in cx operations to drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile 🧐
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in cx or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.
