What will you be doing? 👀

The Role

  • Responsible for managing sales-qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for our specific functionality.
  • Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
  • Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
  • Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.


The Role

  • Create strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle with existing customers to close the upsell opportunities.
  • Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
  • Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects throughout the sales process effectively
  • Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our existing clients.


Your Profile 🧐

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in closing deals.
  • Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
  • A proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English. We are international!


Bonus Points

  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
  • A proficient level of catalan is a plus!
  • Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
  • Previous experience in the SMBs market.
