Partnership Account Manager DACH Market


At Factorial we're looking for a new Partnerships Account Manager for the DACH Market. There are huge opportunities to define processes, grow and take part in the building of a new business unit!

One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

The Role 🧐

  • Build, engage and develop top quality relationship with our Partners, through regular communications, and a constant and proactive improvement mindset.
  • Accompany our client from the signature of the contract and Guarantee a top quality onboarding, implementation and training process (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial).
  • Constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations and implement a personalised plan.
  • Manage your own customer's portfolio, keep its information updated on a daily basis and build tracking reports of the status of the accounts.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams and Coordinate with Sales and Customer Experience to ensure a top quality smooth journey with Factorial and the early stages of our journey as Partners.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to all clients’ queries offering personalized feedback.

Your Profile 🚀

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in B2B digital Sales/ Customer Experience roles accompanying customers in their journey.
  • Experience with Partnership relationships and channel sales are highly valuable!
  • Tech savvy that enjoys processes and project management. We are an HR Software Solution!
  • Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial
  • Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates
  • Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
  • Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
