In this winter meetup our fellow hacker Diego Pascual is going to explain his summer job in a UN Mission at Libya, where he helped to develop an electronic voting system for the incipient democracy born alongside the Arab Spring.

Diego is an expert Python developer and a member of OpenKratio, a Spanish group of activists that fight for improving the transparency and the use of Open Data in the Government.
