About: Here’s one of the live streaming event platforms where you can find more than 1000+ technology videos from conferences about Virtual Reality, Lean UX, SaaS, AI and Big Data. These events take place in Amsterdam, New-York, Tokyo, Vienna… you will have many choices! On Tech Events Online, you can also find past sessions.

Twitch

About: Twitch is a platform where millions of people interact. It is indeed used a lot for video games, but it can also welcome all kind of events – you decide. You will need to find a community that likes your videos and keep them posted regularly. It is a very interactive platform – so you will need to be active! Of course, you have the possibility to join other channels of your own interest.

Once you sign up on the platform, you will be able to choose your interests. It will show you different conferences according to your choices. You can start live-streaming on your profile as soon as you are ready. A streamer can also gain a better “status” depending on how many viewers and how many times he streams per week.

Pricing for using the platform as an entertainer: you will pay subscriptions fees (4.99€/month, 9.99€ or 24.99€) as donations for Twitch.

They will give you the possibility to add features to your videos in order for them to be more personalised. Moreover, this will allow you to earn a revenue through donations from users. You can also receive sponsorship if your channel is successful.

Google Hangouts

About: Google Hangouts is a platform that allows users to create a conference from 2 to 10 participants. You can access this service through Google+ or Gmail. During the meet-up, it’s possible to send files, add visual effects, broadcast the conference on Youtube and more.

Google Hangouts is free for users. You need to sign in with your gmail account and you can get started!

Brella

About: This platform allows you to host events online, but not only! They offer event management, event matchmaking, sponsorship & partnership and of course, customer success.

You can also join as an attendee for free. You will need to register in order to attend an event.

Pricing for organising an event: The price is “on per event basis and depends on two points: a) number of attendees you expect to have at your event (with virtual a bit different) and b) number of events you organise on the platforms. No other parameters matter (number of sponsors/exhibitors/sessions/speakers). The final price and payment plan are always discussed during the video call with one of their Account Executives. They are able to meet event organizers halfway pricewise when they believe that Brella can add a lot of value and significantly elevate the output of events in question”.
